Each apartment features a spacious living room, large eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double closets and full bathroom with laundry area. Appliances include refrigerator, range, microwave oven, dishwasher (optional), air conditioners, plus a washer and dryer in each apartment. Off-street parking, recycling, garbage pick-up, water and sewer are included in the rent. 6 months to 3 year leases are offered; shorter-term leases are negotiable.
