House is available April 1 but can start June 1 2024. It is a completely renovated house! 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms,and a loft. We moved in and renovated every room. Roof was entirely replaced. Both porches were replaced. Sidewalks repoured. The plumbing connection to the public system was redone. Windows on the first floor was replaced. It feels fresh. Save time and make time for the most important things in your life. The house is a 10 minute walk from the hospital (I walked every day). We are across the street from the Giant Grocery store. A block away from two gyms. The Saturday farmers market is behind us. Mill Street with all the pubs and stores is a 3-minute walk. Location, location, location. Oil heat with Fujitsu air conditioning makes the place easy to heat and cool. Parking right out front. NO pets allowed at this time. Renter pays for utilities including electric, water, sewer, oil, and internet. I am happy to provide you historic charges for these. I will pay for garbage. Landscaping is very manageable and landlord does NOT cover that any longer.
